Delivery & Return

DELIVERY TIME

We aim to dispatch all our orders within 1-2 working days, although this may be longer during particularly busy periods.

United Kingdom
You can expect your package within 2-3 working days after dispatch (excludes weekends and bank holidays) after placing your order.
International
You can expect your package within 5-10 working days (excludes weekends and bank holidays) after placing your order.

We will keep you updated on the progress of your order. You will also receive an email of confirmation as soon as your order has been placed.

The majority of our orders are sent using a courier service and many deliveries may require a signature upon delivery, so if you are not able to be at home, then we suggest sending your order somewhere which you or someone you trust will be able to sign for your package, for example a place of work. For international orders Royal Mail work in conjunction with the local postal service within each country.

Please note that EU orders will now have to be cleared through customs, and so may take a little longer to arrive than usual. Please be aware that any customs charges are not the responsibility of Layou Craft, and are to be covered at the buyers cost.

We offer Free Shipping on all UK and selected EU* orders over £200.

United Kingdom: £4.95
Selected EU*: £8 – £12.00
Rest of the world: £30 – £50 (size and weight dependant)We can ship to international destinations outside of the UK, but there will be an additional shipping charge.

We offer as well a free delivery for customer living at our door step within 5 miles.

DAMAGE AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

RETURN

We are aware that return can be necessary if you are not compleltly satisfied with your items.We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed within 3-7 days after we received and inspected the returned item. If your return is not approved we will let you know immediately.
Return delivery cost are the responsibility of the customer, we discharge all responsibilities of an item lost or damaged in transit.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get an exchange is to return your item within 7 days, we won’t ensure the delivery back to us. Once we received it and accepted we will refund you within 3-7 days and you can make a new purchase.
